– As this is a new department in our Auxiliary in Australia, information and plans related to this department will be released progressively. So far, the Department has Umoore Talibaat Secretaries in 16 Majalis. Currently, Majalis Umoore Talibaat Secretaries are issued with Tasks which are completed within timeframes. These tasks are developed from the guidelines outlined in the Constitution and are a means of achieving the goals of the Department.

– The first Task required Majalis Secretaries to compile a database of educational qualifications of all Lajna in their Majlis. The main purpose of this survey was to get a snapshot of the various education and qualifications of Lajna members. The Department will also use it to support any Lajna member seeking advice or support in their educational aspirations or studies. In regards to how this support will look like will basically depend on what the individual is requesting.
