Tajneed & Member Services

The Tajneed Department is responsible for maintaining a record of all Lajna and Nasirat members. It works closely with Majalis to ensure these records are accurate and up-to-date. The department also assists with registration at local and national events throughout the year.

Tajneed Verification Form

Any member who has arrived from overseas must complete this form to have their Tajneed verified.

Digital Jamaat ID

Members aged 15+ can access their digital ID through the Ahmadiyya Maal Office app. Download the app, then contact your Majlis President or Tajneed Secretary to have your account set up.

104. It shall be the responsibility of Secretary Tajnid that she should obtain from all Majalis a list of names and other particulars of all members and maintain its record on the forms provided for this purpose. 

105. Secretary Tajnid shall prepare a report every year about the total numbers of members. She will also point out the increase or decrease in their number in each Majlis. 

106. Secretary Tajnid shall prepare a report every year about the number of Nasiratul Ahmadiyya who have joined Lajna Imaillah.
