Nasirat-ul- Ahmadiyya

The word Nasirat-ul-Ahmadiyya means "Female helpers of Ahmadiyyat" with each young girl known as a Nasirah. This auxiliary was established by Hazrat Mirza Bashir-Ud-Din Mahmood Ahmad (ra) in February 1939, and by the grace of Allah (SWT) has flourished over the years.

To be considered a Nasirah a young girl's age must fall within 7-15 years. Nasirat are divided into three groups:

  • Salehat (Truthful): Grade 3, 7-9 years

  • Qanitat (Obedient): Grade 2, 10-12 years

  • Mohsinat (Benevolent): Grade 1, 13-15  years.

    The purpose of this Auxiliary is to provide moral training for young girls, educate young girls in religious knowledge, and help girls focus on a higher purpose and standard of spirituality.

Constitution

85. Nasiratul-Ahmadiyya is an auxiliary organisation of Lajna. Wherever there are three or more Nasirat in a Majlis, the organisation of Nasiratul-Ahmadiyya shall be established by Sadr Majlis and a Secretary Nasirat shall be appointed. The real responsibility of making the Nasirat active is upon the Sadr Majlis. She should closely monitor the Nasirat department and provide constant guidance to them.
