The department of Diyafat within the Lajna Ima’illah provides food and refreshments during all Lajna events throughout the year!
Diyafat department also provides resources and practical advice on implementing healthy eating habits and maintaining balanced diet according to the teachings of Islam.

The Nasirat Cooking Camp was held in collaboration with the Department of Nasirat and the Waqf-e-Nau. The purpose of the camp was to provide the Nasirat with an enjoyable and practical learning experience, while teaching them useful cooking skills, educate them on kitchen safety, and instil Islamic teaching regarding hospitality and service in Islam.

Alhamdolillah, on 30 August 2026, the National Diyafat Department held a High Tea Challenge at the NSW level for Lajna members aged 15–30. The program was designed in a MasterChef-style format combining Islamic teachings on hospitality with practical skills in planning, preparing and hosting an event.

The National Dept. of Diyafat in collaboration with National Dept. of Umoor e Taalibat and AMWSA is publishing a Cookbook!
Earlier this year Diyafat department collected treasured recipes from members across Australia.
